The Cedeo methodology
When aiming for a Cedeo-approval, an organization files a request at Cedeo. Cedeo then conducts an extensive survey under the organization's clients. The results are presented in a report, which contains possible points of improvement. 

To be eligible for a Cedeo-approval your organization will need to meet certain qualitative as well as quantitative requirements. In any case, at least 80% of your clients will need to be ‘satisfied to very satisfied’ with your service, the collaboration ánd the achieved results of the education or training. Whether this is the case will be determined during the Cedeo customer satisfaction survey.

Duration and prolongation of the approval
The Cedeo-approval is granted for a period of 2 years. For prolongation of the approval a new customer satisfaction survey is required. Obviously, a positive result is required again.
